Sources before assumptions
Editorial and corrections policy.
Sizing guidance is useful only when its source, market, limits, and review status remain visible.
Primary sources
Published manufacturer product pages, size charts and instructions are the preferred sources for dimensional rules. Retailer summaries, forums and editorial articles can identify questions to investigate, but they do not silently replace manufacturer values.
Data review
Every supported rule records the brand, model, size, waist and thigh bounds, source URL, market, native unit and review date. Automated validation checks the schema, boundaries, units and known failure cases before a dataset is published.
Interpretation
The site distinguishes a dimensional shortlist from a fit verdict. It does not infer missing thigh ranges, bridge chart gaps, translate clothing labels into harness sizes, or use activity preferences to override incompatible measurements.
Updates and corrections
Manufacturer pages can change without notice. Material corrections require a reviewed dataset change and a new version. Readers should verify the linked current source before purchase and report suspected errors through the contact channel.
Commercial transparency
Brand inclusion is based on available reviewed data, not a claim that the listed products are universally best. Any future affiliate relationship, sponsorship, supplied product, or other material interest will be disclosed clearly on affected pages.
