The reviewed WeBee rules have adjustable leg loops; the reviewed Neon rules use fixed loops. Both models still publish numeric waist and thigh boundaries.

Adjustment changes how the loop closes, not whether the published range applies. Keep both measurements inside one rule before shortlisting it.
